We are inviting applications for our Senior Operations Manager for B2B Collections, and AR Customer Service Account In this role, you will be responsible for liaising between the Operations Leader and the team of associates, to ensure the client's services are delivered promptly and accurately in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. You are encouraged to drive team performance, ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy, providing mentorship and development to associates, facilitating team meetings, and meeting defined quality, customer experience and efficiency requirements. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the Overall Daily Operations: Own the execution of service standards in accordance with defined service level agreements, as defined. Supervise performance by benchmarking against critical metrics and ensure Budgets and Financial targets are met. Develop and maintain phenomenal customer service throughout whole operations, instill and deliver a process excellence focus on all operations Continuous improvement through the design and development of consistent procedures and standard methodologies. Advocate Process (re)design with Business Process Owners for Continuous Improvement & Harmonization benefits Ensuring and maintaining internal controls and compliance with internal & external policies and legislation, to meet Sarbanes-Oxley and local statutory requirements Own the customer relationships (Internal and External) and all functional aspects of the organization 2. Act as Subject Matter Specialist (SME) whenever required 3. Balance and run operations lead responsibilities Required Skills: Exposure to US GAAP Accounting and experience in management of the administrative and transactional processes Knowledge in BPO / Shared Services- B2B OTC Collections and AR Customer Service In depth understanding of the process, and able to work with the teams at a grassroot level Excellent Verbal and Written communication Good ability in SAP systems Experience in Operations and handling client in new set-up Should have Validated team handling skills -with a span of 100-200 FTEs Preferred qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent) Proficient MS Office / MS Teams & SAP.
