About the role
The Senior Maintenance Engineer is a position responsible for the line sustaining, Machine and can perform root cause analysis, technical simulation studies and corrective actions for Customer Complaints and line chronic issues.
What you will do
Plans monitor and reviews line maintenance activities to keep manufacturing equipment available for production use at all times, and ensure equipment performance and reliability is maintained at its optimum level at all times.
Ensure productivity improvements through process and machine changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with Equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment.
Monitor performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain machine performance. Improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
Perform root cause analysis and investigation report in 4C format for any bad machine performance with concrete analysis.
Support / Creates DFMEA, PFMEA in Assembly and Test, OCAP, Work Instruction, SPC and Control Plan.
Generate maintenance procedures documents and ensure implementation of all manufacturing control and procedures are well documented, align and religiously follow by all concern person in the specific process.
Conduct machine training and development of manufacturing processes and changes to all operators and technicians.
Have hands-on knowledge with Saw , Wafer mounter, Sorter and other equipment like ASM CB, Stencil, 2D printing and WB equipment such as , Ortho , Fuzion, Hesse, AOI and other MC with Automated processed.
Responsible / support for the Capacity increase, package transfer and qualification of backup products within plant site.
Responsible in collaborating with Process Engineering to ensure all equipment are properly maintained and controls are implemented.
Support for validating new products and processes and making sure metrics and indices are met for high volume production.
What you will need
Must be a graduate of Engineering course (i.e. BSECE/EE/ME) or related
At least 3 years' experience in semiconductor company with FOL and equipment background.
Experience in Power MOS product Assembly and test or related
Proficient in various problem solving tools & process optimization techniques and other related quality tools (i.e. 8D, SPC, DOE, FMEA etc.)
Proficient in using statistical tools (Minitab, Statistics, SpotFire, etc)
Team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams
