About the Role:
 
We are looking for a highly experienced Plumber with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to handle complex plumbing systems. This position requires someone who has worked on large buildings, commercial properties, or major developments, and is capable of leading repairs, analyzing systems, issues, and ensuring reliable operation of all plumbing and drainage networks.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, pressure irregularities, and system failures.
Inspect, test, and analyze plumbing and drainage systems to identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions.
Install, repair, and upgrade water supply lines, drainage lines, valves, pumps, and related plumbing components.
Interpret and work from plumbing layouts, plans, and as-built drawings.
Lead plumbing works during repairs, renovations, and emergency situations.
Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience in plumbing, preferably in large buildings, commercial properties, or real estate developments.
Strong troubleshooting, system analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle major plumbing tasks with minimal supervision.
Hardworking, reliable, and able to coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams.
Familiarity with plumbing standards, materials, and best practices.
