Job Title: Senior Java Developer

We are an IT company with offices in Japan and the Philippines. We provide web and system development, web design, and IT consultancy services.
 
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Full Remote - full-time work from home. candidates are required to have their own equipment & stable internet connection.
Cebu-based - candidates are required to report to the office twice a week, every Wednesday & Thursday
Shift - flexible time in from 8 - 10 AM. All candidates are required to work 8 hours per day from Monday - Friday.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust Java-based solutions.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality an performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Able to provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to other team members.
You'd be the right fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Hibernate.
Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with database systems (MySQL).
Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Positive attitude and highly accountable
