-Managing full cycle recruiting process for tech positions
-Ensuring a smooth and positive client and candidate experience
-Strategizing and collaborate with other teammates as necessary,
-Sourcing, and recruiting top tier talent, not only to meet the hiring goals of immediate needs, but also proactively, in order to build candidate pipeline for upcoming and future growth demands
-Thriving in a fast paced environment
Requirements
-3-4 years of experience recruiting for Tech positions; in-house/corporate, agency search firm, or combination (combination preferred)
-Ability to source timely while maintaining quality of candidates - demonstrated experience in quickly understanding requirements and procuring qualified candidates in a day or two when needed
-Successful Client Management experience
-Excellent English communication skills
-Keen sourcing and research skills - Boolean searches and other methods
-Solid understanding and proven skills with building strategically-structured compensation packages, negotiating, and demonstrating an "always closing" mentality with deals for senior-level candidates
-Demonstrated ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent
-Experience and high comfort level with interfacing directly with hiring managers, up to Sr. VP and exec level
-Ability to influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent
