As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you willtake care of human resources development and support organizational development and change in orderto further create Create Beauty That Moves The Worldand be expected to manage the following: Attract, select and identify diverse talent for the #1 Beauty Tech Company who continuously thrive on Learning &Growth; Entrepreneurship while creating positive impact on others and society. Build Individual and Organizational Capabilities for Today and Tomorrow through performance management,career management and succession planning alongside the HR General Manager Create conditions for a high-quality social environment and positive work culture, and strengthen the quality of lifeand engagement at work. Diagnose business issues through data driven analyses of HR key performance indicators and anticipateoperational requirements to effectively manage and communicate organizational changes. Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes andpractices, according to applicable legal provisions, in consultation with managers and L'Or al Code of Ethics. Co-Design the workforce and workplace of the future with the Leadership Team and the HR- General Manager inorder to evolve and stay relevant with the needs of the employees and signs of the times. Who are we looking for? A graduate with a degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent; Displays sensitivity to L'Or al's "Metier" Has at least 10 years work experience in Human Resources or Business Partnering or Consulting Organizational Development / Talent Management / Change Management Expertise Demonstrated Effectiveness in coaching & developing talent Good Project Management Skills and Effective Communication Skills Ability to handle fast pace and operate independently with ambiguity Deeply passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
