Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the end to end recruitment process for sales vacancies, implementing overall recruiting strategy, and collaborating with different universities/schools and other LGUs, if possible, to fill the manpower requirements.
Job Qualifications:
1. A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, and other related course.
2. With 1-2 years of relevant experience in the same field.
3. Above average communication skills.
4. Good organizational skills and leadership skills
5. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
6. Experience in a real estate industry is an advantage.
