We currently have an immediate need for a Senior HR Advisor in the Philippines
PURPOSE
The Senior HR Advisor - APAC will provide key support to the International Senior HR Manager, based in the UK. This is a key role in the region involving administration of HR processes and procedures whilst ensuring process excellence is always maintained. Responsibility for implementing the HR strategies and activities that will drive results and enable growth within the sector.
This role is an integral part of a dynamic Global HR team working together to ensure efficient human resource management across a multinational organization. You will be responsible to work closely with counterparts and stakeholders to provide HR expertise to a portfolio and take the lead when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide operational and best practice advice on a range of people related business challenges and ensure a positive employee relations culture is maintained.
Develop strong and trusted partnerships with all levels of the organization and provide managers with objective coaching and advice.
Work with the Global HR Team to develop and implement companywide HR strategies for the business and internal client groups, while identifying nuances for local adoption.
Take an active role in the recruitment of top talent and drive career development and growth.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for local management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance, in close partnership with our legal team.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the company remains fully compliant while staying abreast of changes and ensuring that these practices are implemented consistently.
Support an excellent employee experience for operational areas such as Onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
Work with the Global HR Team in coordinating engagement initiatives, working closely with others to assist you.
Participate in and drive the implementation of special HR projects including strategic initiatives to help align employees to strategic goals of the business.
Partner with the global HR team in leveraging data and HR metrics to help measure our success.
Assisting employees by answering questions, providing information, and referring them to the appropriate contact as needed to provide exemplary customer service.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain an excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Add and maintain employee information while ensuring compliance with privacy legislation.
Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., performance management cycles, training and development, remuneration and change management).
Assist in areas such as remuneration, benefit renewal, performance management, learning and development, recruitment and general HR support for managers and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
HR or business-related tertiary qualification is preferred but not required.
At least 4 years' experience in a generalist Human Resource role within a multinational organization
Demonstrated knowledge of different HR facets
Relevant experience working as an HR Generalist supporting APAC region
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Excellent command of English language - written and English
Advanced skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
