Job Description
The S3D Administrator is responsible for tasks at the project level and will work closely with the Project Information Manager, Project Data Integrator and Discipline Application Specialists to establish an S3D environment that meets project requirements and support execution of the project task force. The S3D Administrator will need to have a general working knowledge of all S3D Tasks and an understanding of functional/discipline work practices and processes within the S3D environment will be necessary.
Basic Job Requirements
. Minimum 10 years contiguous hands-on work experience as an S3D Administrator in a multinational engineering/construction company
. 8 years experience supporting Hexagon S3D in a project environment
. Working knowledge and experience with Hexagon S3D application as an S3D Administrator performing S3D setup, administration, and technical support tasks
. Database knowledge on SQL Server implementation with S3D
. Experience in conducting S3D administration-related training and user support.
. Basic knowledge on Smartsketch drawing editor.
. Basic knowledge on implementation of S3D utilities and standard custom commands
. Basic knowledge on the implementation and use of Smart Interop publisher
. Basic knowledge on SmartReview implementation and usage
. Basic knowledge on reports customization
. Experience in S3D global workshare execution setup and support
. Flexible and open in learning, application, and support of other software the department will support.
. Optional but desirable qualifications:
o Experience in S3D related integration with SPF and other authoring tools
o Usage of SP3D metadata browser
o Knowledgeable in writing SQL queries
o Programming knowledge with S3D API
o Programming with VB.NET or C#
o Database knowledge on Oracle and SQL implementation with S3D
o Good Knowledge of Information Technology in:
. Desktop/laptop environment and general office tools
. Infrastructure (WANs, LANs, telecommunications, etc.
. Electronic security
. Electronic communications
. Network operations and support
. Software development, implementation, and support
Work Mode: Full-time onsite reporting at company's office
Office Location: Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Required Work Hours: Standard business hours (compressed work week) with flexibility to join meetings and perform work tasks during US business hours.
