Job Description
To carry out the auto electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of the heavy equipment in field and the workshop
To read technical manuals, schematics and auto-electric control circuit diagrams
Wiring of the control panels in control circuits in heavy equipment for hydraulic control valves, pumps, auto shift transmission in common diesel engines.
Must be familiar with the calibration procedure for LMI/RCI system for cranes, Telehandlers etc.
Communicate with Team leaders and Management, prepare inspection and break down reports, electrical test reports and identification of the required spares for repairs.
Help establish and maintain safety standards complying with the Company's Health & Safety and Management System requirements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
8-12 years experience hands in in assembling and dismantling, repairing, troubleshooting of the Heavy equipment (Starter motors, panels, sensors, engine and machine control module, switches etc)
Ability to read/understand manuals and assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams
Sufficient knowledge in quality and safety standards/procedures for assembling and dissembling for machine major components
Experience in any authorized dealer of major heavy equipment brands
Ensure that all safety precautions for protections against accidents are being observed and carried out accordingly.
