As a customer journey agency, their job is to assess the performance of the store at each stage of the funnel, and craft strategies to improve conversion at each point. Requirements
You will be responsible in:
-Providing creative solutions that aims to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries and have them stand out in the crowded digital world.
-Demonstrate commercial understanding - stick to briefs and budgets in delivering creative solutions
-Keep abreast of design trends
-Creating clean, consistent and creative graphic design as needed
-Creating digital assets for use in marketing, and social media
-Working with the team to populate merchants websites with content
-Working with the team to conceptualize brand and provide better insights to improve the process
To be successful, you must have:
-5+ years experience within a graphic design role
-Experience working in an agency environment or similar
-Direct experience or knowledge of email marketing and creating Email templates is highly desirable
-Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
-Experience in Figma or similar programs highly desirable
-Experience creating basic animation and animated GIFs
