At Manulife IT Delivery Center, we are looking for a rock starSeniorFull-Stack Software Engineer (React/NodeJS) who is excited to see thesuccessfulimplementationofthe products they deliver. You will have experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and improving software applications as a member of an Agile squad.
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience
Experience in Frontend and Backend technologies such asHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular 2+, React, Node, and Java
Experience in working withRDMBSand NoSQL Database
Experience in Framework and API / Service Layer such asSpring Boot(Rest Template, Feign Client, Zuul, Sleuth/Zipkin, Hystrix andMaven),Swagger,Node/Express.
Experiencein Monitoring / Logging tools such asNew Relic, Devo, and Kibana.
Experience in Test Driven Technologies such asJasmine, JEST, Mocha, Junit, Mockito (Java)
Experience in Cloud PaaS and microservice architectures inPCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) & Kubernetes
Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working in anAgileteam

Experienced in grasping and explaining high levelsolution architecture
Knowledge inSonarQube, FortifyandWebInspect
Experience in CSS Best practices and Framework likeMaterial UI, BEM, SMACSS, CSS Flex-box, CSS Grid

Refactor existing code to improve reliability,performance, and maintainability.

Mentor Intermediate and Associate Software Engineers
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
Work closely with other squads to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs
Work closely with software engineers to establish best practices for development, testing, and delivery
