Our company helps businesses (like restaurants, stores and manufacturers) in the US to buy energy commodities that they use in their everyday operations, such as electricity and natural gas.
Currently, we are seeking candidates for our FRONT-END DEVELOPER role.
This opportunity is on-location at our lovely and comfortable Cebu IT Park Offices.
Post-regularization, limited WFH may be offered, depending on performance

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (2 to 4 years' experience)
Must be excellent in CSS, Web Layout, and Design
Advanced mainstream graphic design software, e.g. Adobe PS
Excellent skills in Vuejs and Reactjs
Willingness to learn and utilize generative AI, e.g. DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney
PHP Object Oriented Programming
Working knowledge of SEO Principles
Cross-Browser Compatibility Testing
Must be excellent in WordPress and Themes
Docker, Git, and Jira knowledge
Excellent skills in UI/UX design.
Advanced knowledge in software testing
Must know AJAX and AXIOS.
Ability to manage others, work collaboratively with other managers, and keep the peace

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply an experienced eye for design and layout to new and creative methods for engaging with users, always eager to discover, evaluate, and implement the most modern techniques and technologies available
Work closely with other FE developers and backend engineers. Be a team player and mentor less experienced members of the team
Claim the title of User Experience Guru, always eager to find opportunities for improvements that help our users make the most of our services
Keep a vigilant eye with code reviews, code quality and security
Ensure PHP, HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
Keep up to date with Wordpress framework best practices
Document, track and manage projects using JIRA
Review current project management methodologies and recommend and execute efficiency improvement plan, e.g. SCRUM
Communicate effectively about progress on each task, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
Coordinate with co-developers and keep Project Director well informed of the status of the development effort
Analyze, present, and recommend efficient libraries to use that will best suit the requirements of the projects and contribute to meeting deadlines and commitments
