We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial & Treasury to join our team at our office in Cebu, Philippines.
Role description:
As the Senior Financial & Treasury Analyst, you will bring your comprehensive experience of statutory reporting and treasury management to the Group. Reporting to the Group Corporate Finance Manager, you will prepare and review all aspects of statutory accounting & treasury management for the Group.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of the statutory reporting requirements for the Group's subsidiaries with the Group Statutory Accountant.
Ensure the Group meets and maintains all corporate compliance requirements across all statutory frameworks.
Reconcile and statutory accounts to management accounts and post required journal entries into the Group accounting system.
Develop and maintain the Group cashflow forecast across its operating subsidiaries.
Partner with collections and procurement in supporting Group wide cashflow reporting.
Liaise with internal finance business partners and external advisors on the completion of the local statutory accounts.
Assist the Group Corporate Finance Manager with technical accounting projects.
Maintain and develop all relevant key relationships with external advisors and banking partners.
Support Group acquisitions, due diligence, ad-hoc projects and restructuring initiatives as required by their line manager.
Requirements
Candidates should have a professional accounting or treasury qualification, or an equivalent level of experience and education.
Strong financial reporting skills and an in-depth understanding of IFRS and global accounting principles.
Flexible approach and adaptable to a changing working environment.
Ability to find innovative solutions, lead change and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Highly proficient on Microsoft Office.
