Financial Management Reporting
Actively involve in the preparation of monthly actual manage- ment report and 12-months forecast.
Assist with data extraction, reconciliation and data integrity and accuracy for the monthly financial deck.
Analyze financial data, include commentary on variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare & analysis cost center reports.
Purchase Price variances and Production Order variances analysis.
Quarterly E&O reporting Analysis.
Financial Budgeting (AOP)
Assist in preparing annual AOP to ensure timely and reliable budget.
Collaborate with cost center owners/HOD on AOP expenses and CAPEX, upload data into HFP, provide analysis and commentary.
Collaborate with Corporate FP&A on R&D, G&A and S&M budget.
Business Support
Support Request for Quotations (RFQ), liaise with costing team for MLO and BOM.Work c
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and support decision-making via business simulations.
Support queries from tax on Transfer Pricing.
Ad Hoc
Ensure compliance with corporate policy and local account- ing standards.
Ensure timely closing and preparation of financial reports to meet deadlines and requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
Professional accountancy (ACCA, CPA) qualifications preferred.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufac- turing environment with supervisory skills.
Proficient in SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Meticulous, with strong problem and analytical skill set
Has the work initiative and willing to take up new challenges.
Has good verbal and written communications skills and can communicate with all levels in the organization.
Able to work under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
Can work independently with minimum supervision, team player
