Looking for someone who appreciates working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and who would enjoy being part of a growing team implementing critically important solutions for Government clients. Articulate need and rationale for change, and design and describe solutions that deliver value to our clients. You will be a recognized practitioner in the analysis, definition and modeling of financial business processes, requirements, systems and data with client engagement in preferably Agile methodology. Your future duties and responsibilities: Collaborate with the client on technology and business process related efforts that include gathering functional business requirements, designing new system functionality, testing software code and supporting end users. Core Responsibilities: . Identify customer objectives and their business needs . Analyze sophisticated business and system functional and non-functional requirements . Lead a team to manage financial requirements of a sophisticated project . Find and resolve inconsistencies . Manage software development lifecycle . Identify acceptance tests and scope . Manage requests for the application of changes to baseline requirements . Conduct sophisticated modelling activities . Define scope and business priorities, as well as change initiatives Additional responsibilities: . Manage client and team meetings . Author and review design documents and other deliverables . Align with project documentation standards . Understand work plan activities, and provide accurate status on work completion . Identify and communicate issues in a timely manner Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . A minimum of 5 years relevant Senior Financial Business Analyst experience . 4+ years of management consulting, advisory or professional services consulting experience . 3+ years of experience with ERP system implementation (preferably Finance) . 3+ years of financial background experience (i.e. budget, accounts payables, receivables, cash management, cost accounting etc.) . Business Analysis Techniques . Information and Business Process Modeling . Requirements Engineering . Business Solutions analysis and selection Additional skills: . Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately . Ability to build and maintain client relationship . Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills . Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills . Great attention to detail and follow-through Desired qualifications/non-essential skills Qualifications: . IIBA CCBA Certification . IIBA CBAP Certification . IREB Foundation, IREB Advanced (Elicitation, Process Modeling, Requirement Management, Agile) . BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or Accounting .
