Reporting to the Group Accountant and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the overall management of the finance for three hotels, including but not limited to the following:
· End to End management and preparation of month and year end financial reporting.
· Finance Team Supervisor - supporting growth and development of Assistant Accountants.
· Budget and forecasting input
· Corporate compliance management - Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of BAS, PAYG and Payroll Tax lodgments
· Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
· Participate in monthly Profit and Loss meetings with all levels of management

Requirements
· Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting and CA/CPA qualification
· Proficient data analytical skills including auditing and risk assessment
· A thorough understanding and interpretation of the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
· Working knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage but not essential
· At least 5 years relevant experience
· Provide advice through knowledge of employment, taxation, and superannuation legislation
