Responsible for and involved in a number of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Accounts Payable
Invoice Posting
Check, match, and convert inventory invoices to SAP
Email communication with other departments - such as Warehouse team and Purchasing team
Other various accounting duties
3-way matching - PO, Invoice, Goods inventory receipt
The Senior Finance Officer - Accounts Payable will be in-charge of converting all GRNI (goods received but not invoiced) balance to inventory invoices. Will check, validate, match and convert the received goods to invoices in system - SAP. Must have experience with invoicing, i.e. invoice matching and BL checking. Additionally, Senior Finance Officer - Accounts Payable will reconcile vendors' accounts.
Position requires the ability to interact and correspond via email and phone with Warehouse team and Purchasing team to effectively communicate and resolve invoicing or documents matters. Also assists with the request of payment records or other references by emails.
Position requires strong organizational and communication skills along with MS Office Excel and Word experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable applications in SAP system.
