The Senior Finance Manager is responsible in conducting financial analysis and advisory, financial outlook planning, financial management and reporting and evaluates and updates control procedures relevant to Supply Chain Operations and Functions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Profitability Management
Implement and participate in the resolution of variances with concerned department.
Monitor resolution all outstanding balances especially over aged accounts and design various collection options to negotiate collections following the policy.
Superintend implementation of GP plan and ensure its achievement.
Facilitate approval of the service cost and price
Recommend and influence SBU Finance on the recommended action.
Review align and colloborate assumptions and financial target commitment with project owners.
Lead post implementation review with project owners.
Financial Modeling, Analysis and Advisory
Drives post review of projects implemented to track actual financial performance versus projections made
Reviews recommendation, identifies key issues and assesses project viability to support recommendation
Budget and Outlook
Prepares topline business budget as aligned with SBU client's key numbers based on sound assumptions and trend.
Analyzes results of department budgets for reasonableness, ensuring alignment with business plans.
Initiate reviews and finalization of financial forecast at business unit level and anticipates issues and recommends solutions at business unit level
Influence approval of action plan to mitigate unfavorable impact of oil price and foreign exchange.
Financial Management and Reporting
Conclude and recommend resolution to issues arising from month-end closing
Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
Spare Parts & Capex Management
Direct and drive of CAPEX policy, controls and process to manufacturing and logistics operation and support functions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must hold at least Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy
At least 8 years work experience or 5 years work experience in Supply Chain
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant , Certified Internal Auditor, or equivalent certification program (CMA, CFA, or CCSA)
Knowledgeable in the following areas: Financial Management, Financial Planning and Budgeting/Forecasting, Supply Chain Management, Management Accounting, and Cost Accounting
Candidate must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna
