An exciting Senior Finance Manager job has become available at a leading semiconductor company.
About the Senior Finance Manager (Laguna) Role:
In this role, you will manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and finance functions for the company. You will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of Finance and Controlling while managing two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance team in handling day-to-day finance issues, timely monthly closing, AP and AR, liaising with auditors, coordinating with tax agents, and working with other departments to support daily operations
Preparation of quarterly forecast and budget
Manage PEZA of the organisation
Review daily financial reconciliation
Assist on regional and group processes
Manage tax and financial reporting function
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of two years as a people manager.
Key Requirements:
CPA is a must
Degree in accountancy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in both written and spoken in English
Must be willing to work in Laguna on a day shift schedule, Mondays through Fridays
