As a key member of the team, the Senior Finance Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Senior Finance Manager is ultimately responsible for managing and directing the finance and accounting department to support our core business to our customers on time, consistently, and with high quality. The Senior Finance Manager will be a crucial owner of this growth process, ensuring that the company can deliver on its vision and revenue targets. Key Duties: Participating in Mergers and Acquisition due diligence efforts Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements Manage the overall financial forecast, processes, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. Oversight of company spending/expense management Qualifications: 10 years of senior financial and/or operational experience (Combination of Local and Multinational process) BS or BA, preferably in Business Management, Finance or related field MBA and/or CPA preferred
