Responsibilities
Involve in Fleet Controlling function, including but not limited to responsible/support for fleet-wide reporting and driving fleet credit, accounting and reporting policies, guidelines, and compliance
Preparation of Group management reporting, analysis, and delivers within timelines
Assist in vessel fund and credit control management
Involvement in cost controlling and performance measurement/analysis
Ability to drive and perform work processes review/analysis to assess possibility of streamlining /standardizing the work processes
Assist in governance and documentation of Policies, Processes, Controls
Develop, enhance and manage budgeting/forecasting/reporting templates
Involvement in annual budget/forecast exercise
Required to work on projects and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Assist in project implementation
Presenting results of the analysis to internal stakeholders
Assist in controlling of Vessel Master Chart Of Account & Master Vessel Data List
Projects as assigned
Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Education and Qualification
Bachelor degree of Accountancy or equivalent
Chartered Accountant would be an added advantage
Minimum 3 years (FA) or 5 years (SFA) relevant experiences
Good team-player, proactive and positive working attitude
Independent with problem-solving skill
Ability to challenge "status quo"
Good communication and presentation skills
Good/Excellent Advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point. The ability to build a dashboard is added advantage
Experience in the Shipping/Ship management industry is preferred
Min 3 years supervisory experience for SFA
Past audit/accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis experiences is required
Ability to start work immediately or short notice is preferred
