Job Summary: 1. Responsible for planning, management and coordination of production operations including machining assembly and maintenance consistent to improve the facility's performance. 2. Identify the areas of each farm that needs improvement and provide recommendations and create action plans that will aide in solving the operational concerns. 3. Monitor the day to day operations of each farms which includes administrative, maintenance aspects, production, processing and quality of product. 4. Monitor the KPI of each farm to achieve the targets and goals. 5. Ensure that the production is cost effective for each farms. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and monitor the production process, draw up production schedule, check and consolidate egg production forecast, loading and culling schedule. 2. Submit reports to Operations Manager with regards to unnecessary incidents with regards to operations. 3. Recommend and check production strategies and action plans to ensure that the production goals is met for each farm. 4. Check manpower utilization within existing sections and processes. 5. Liaise among different departments/farms, e.g. materials and equipment concerns. 6. Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. 7. Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts. 8. Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned section for problem solving and cost reduction. 9. Ensure compliance to all legal requirements, policies and procedures of each farm. 10. Attend scheduled operations meeting and monthly RTL and Layer meeting. 11. Review the performance of Farm Heads. 12. Routine visits to each farm. 13. Perform other duties assigned as need arises. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Education : College Graduate with a degree Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Electrical Engineering, or other related courses. Experience : Five (5) years of experience which includes supervisory /managerial responsibility in Poultry production. Working experience in Ready to Lay and Layer operations is an advantage but not required.
