The Responsibilities:
Prepare Bill of Quantities, take-offs, and estimates.
Determine variables for cost and other estimates.
Read, analyse, or use fabrication plans to prepare take-offs and estimates.
Pull a comprehensive estimation of labour costs, materials, and construction timeline.
Obtain and review pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers).
Purchase of materials and Quantity Surveying.
General project administration support as required.
Perform other related duties as required.
The Requirements:
Experience in workshop fabrication is required.
Knowledge in Estimating software, AutoCAD, and/or other design software.
Ability to read fabrication and construction plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organisation and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude, and capable of taking on challenges and achieving results.
Client-focused with strong attention to detail.
The Work Set-Up:
Work onsite
8 hour work shift
Monday to Friday
Day shift (6am - 3pm)
The Location:Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
