Job Description
Manage the Equipment Technicians/ Engineers team to meet or exceed the committed key performance indices targets, supporting achieving the company objectives and targets.
People Management
Coaching and guidance of all Equipment Engineers and Technicians to ensure sufficient technical information, skills, and motivation to keep them highly engaged in executing their assigned tasks.
Maintenance Management
Support Equipment Engineers and Technicians related to equipment activities.
Resource Management
Allocation of workforce and related resources to meet objectives based on existing requirements.
Financial Management
Control and Improve costs related to machine maintenance.
Business and Relationship Management
Responsible for providing opportunities, developing solutions to problems, and maintaining good relations across the organization.
