QUALIFICATIONS:
 BS degree in Engineering;
 With experience in Final Test, Wafer Sort, Plating, Back grind and back metal process;
 With knowledge in electronics application and circuit schematic;
 With experience in maintenance planning and equipment qualification is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Over all in charge in Equipment Engineering Captive line;
 Cost control monitoring of equipment repair and maintenance;
 Collaborate with customer to formulate actions and improvement of equipment;
 In-charge of wafer plating and back grind equipment qualification and maintenance;
 Plan and execute corrective and preventive actions to maintain machine sustainability;
 Plan and deploy board repair and hardware maintenance and monitoring.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
