What you will do
Resource planning and management for projects - identify desired competency & skills, develop project RASCI / RACI matrix
•nitiate project stakeholders review and approval
Estimate, acquire and manage teams of people working on the management-initiated and approved projects
Estimate other relevant resources the project team members will need to carry out the project
Track project team performance, create and execute improvements based on feedback, resolve issues, and manage team personnel changes
Develop the team, improve their competencies, facilitate interactions, and create an effective team environment
Identify project risks and drive execution of risk mitigation or de-risking actions
•Creates and maintains lessons learned and risk register for reference in future projects
Assess relevant ATCB business processes and identify opportunities for improving business process efficiency and effectiveness
Project team conflict management using various resolution methods (problem solving, compromising, avoidance, directing)
Develop and maintain databases related to the projects / programs worked on, supports knowledge management activities
Communicate project updates / status to the management and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in effectively managing projects
Benchmark best practices from other sites and subcons
What you will need
EDUCATION
BS Engineering Graduate
WORK EXPERIENCES
Min 3 Years experience in the semiconductor industry
Experienced in leading and managing projects
Experienced in using project management tools, FMEA, other risk identification and de-risking methodology
Experienced in communicating or presenting updates to the project sponsors and stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Experienced in driving standardization and best practices across sites
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Familiarity of the semiconductor assembly and test processes
Good command of English language both verbal and written communication, effective presentation skills
Creating a high-performing team to work on identified projects
Effective follow-through of project team deliverables and escalation of potential and imminent project risks
WORKING STYLE
Effectively work with virtual teams, utilizing available communication tools within the company
Self-motivated working style, reliable and timely reporting and delivery of KPI's
Systematic, methodical and assertive work style
