Job Description: Process Improvement Understand Process and Specifications Cost Reduction Process Qualification and Releases Metrics monitoring and reporting. Customer complaints and returns management and support. Customer audits. Supervision of Engineers and technicians. (If in team leader role) Project management. (If in team leader role) For specification and quality related duties, refer to QRJR online. Reduces LRR and Visual Mechanical rejects through Root Cause Analysis and providing corrective /preventive action. Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns Provides timely disposition on Hold Lots/Non-conformance lots Conduct Trainings for technicians, operators and new hired Engineers as needed Maintain updates and procedure such as FMEA, Control Plan, Release to Production, Operation procedures/OCAP, etc. Perform material qualification and releases Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Flow, Processes, Manufacturing Software, Device, Package, Assembly, etc. Identify evaluation requirements/tasks and improvement actions to work on achieving Plant and Department goals Coordinates and drives customer complain activities for 8D resolution. Characterize, checkout, qualify and release new procedure to production. Review specification and procedures, validate compliance and represents process engineering during audits. Mentors, coaches and develops junior engineers and technicians. Conceptualizes, drives and executes projects. Performs performance appraisals (E.g., promotions -if in team leader role.) Creates, reviews and reports performance indicators. Requirements/Qualifications: Knowledge in semiconductor is an advantage With good English communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Supervisory skills. Knowledge and experience in statistical and problem methodologies. With analytical and problem-solving skills.
