Job Description
Maintain all Electrical Equipment. Perform visual checks and inspection, cleaning component replacement, preventive and corrective maintenance of Panels, Light Fixtures, Links, Battery / inverter, MDB, MDP, LP, PP, MCP, MCC, LICP, ELPS and CBS
Maintain all Electrical Equipment relating to HVAC, Fire Protection and Detection and Water Systems. Perform functional checks on electrical and control system of HVAC, Fire Protection and Detection, Water Systems and other systems related with e
Perform panel cleaning and perform electrical checks such as earthing and continuity. Perform troubleshooting and periodic checks of all equipment and its components. Record observations encountered during maintenance checks.
Lead group of Electrical Maintenance Technicians.
Proficient in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance of Electrical Equipment related HVAC, Chilled Water, Domestic Water, Drainage Water, Fire Water System, Fire Alarm and Detection and other electrical system
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Knowledgeable in Lock Out Tag Out Procedure, Control and Electrical system of HVAC, Chilled Water, Domestic and Drainage Water, Fire Water System and Fire Detection and Protection. Interpret Electrical plan, maintenance manual and schematic drawing
With Trade Skill Certificate. With documented work experience in maintenance / commissioning.
