What you will do:
General management of all facilities services.
Manages FM staff to ensure the successful delivery of all Facilities.
Reviews related correspondence, prepares responses, and follows up with various departments, including trouble shooting, performance and problem solving.
Manages and review all facilities reporting and certifies certificates for payments by all vendors.
Manages all facilities teams with general administration, document control, procedures, and maintenance scheduling.
Provides regular updates to Senior Management on upcoming or deferred preventive maintenance, work orders, performance histories and vendor reports.
Performs assessments on facilities issues with equipment, perform troubleshooting with the technical teams and analyzes results to be able to identify and establish corrections, repairs, and maintenance planning.
Coordinates, intercommunicates and inspects works of contractors/ vendors including planning, work calendar, maintenance, performance, and evaluation of contractors/vendors.
What we need:
Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, project management disciplines
10 years post qualification experience in Engineering (Hospitality) Management and related facilities maintenance experience.
Comprehensive and Preventative Maintenance experience in planning and scheduling is necessary.
Knowledge of building construction, MEPF, ELV, Security equipment processes and procedures, tools, materials, and their application.
General working knowledge of all aspects of planning and building issues in a hotel building (e.g., A&A, repairs, functions, events, etc.)
HVAC/DDC control systems knowledge/experience and MEPF (Mechanical, electrical, Plumbing and Fire Suppression and Detection) background.
Facilities Management experience in innovations / design reviews / A&A works / repair & renovations
Experienced with Casino / Hotel / Retail Facilities.
5-star property management and maintenance.
Building Asset Management Systems.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety and personal safety requirements
