JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborates with Technical Servie Group for the system application requirements based on company process.
- Mentoring and Assessment of other Junior Developers
- Delegates and executes tasks assigned to him from time to time by the IT Manager
- Administers assigning of Ticket Tasks to other Junior Developers.
- Work with developers to design algorithms based on BSG flow charts provided.
- Produce clean, efficient, and optimized code based on specifications.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs if there are any.
- Verify and deploy programs and systems for QA Testing.
- Gather and evaluate BSG feedback.
- Execute solutions and other improvements.
- Proficient in MS Office.
 
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide a system application/solution based on BSG Company requirements/process
- Work in compliance with company policies and standard operation procedures
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Ensure a detailed description of the resolution of the assigned Project/Task.
- Oversee the Junior Developers' tasks assigned from time to time until the assigned task is fully completed.
- Ensure all database backened adjustments like additional fields or tables are properly handled.
- Writing and implementing efficient code.
- Testing and evaluating new programs.
- Developing quality assurance procedures.
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, System analysts and IT Managers.
