Overview
.The role involves reviewing and processing global IT prepayments, ensuring accurate postings. Generate IT sector reports and summaries, participate in BI-IT reporting during corporate releases, and validate charging logic for accurate cost allocation.
.Attention to detail and financial acumen will contribute to maintaining data integrity and supporting decision-making processes. Financial expertise with deep understanding of database management system, reporting systems, general ledger & fixed assets processes.
.Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, such as Group Controllers & Sector controllers. Cross-functional collaboration with finance operations such as general ledger and fixed assets to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Conceptual Knowledge:
.Strong foundation in financial principles and concepts to make informed decisions based on accurate data.
.Remains flexible in dynamic and changing financial environments, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed.
.Strong quality management foundation is a must.
Technical Knowledge:
.Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to pivot tables, complex formulas and data analysis tools.
.Intermediate skills in Analysis for Office (AFO), TM1, & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), enabling them to work with complex data sets and generate advanced reports.
.Effective execution on IT portfolio and project management center (PPMC). Expected to work with more complex hierarchies (GCOH & GCEH) and design reports accordingly.
Key Competencies:
.Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
.Should possess expertise in financial modeling, enabling to create sophisticated financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
.Excel in stakeholder management, effectively communicating financial insights and analysis to various stakeholders. Should be able to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.
.Remain flexible and embrace new challenges to deliver effective financial analysis and reporting.
