The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
Responsible for the daily monitoring of activities of the CME, Retrofitting and New site build.
Oversees the activities of the CME, Retro and New site build subcon to ensure compliance to the NSB standard and specifications.
Conducts Pre-Pat and site assessment of sites prior to PAT with client.
Attends acceptance with the Client for the CME, Retro and New site build.
Prepares inspection report on the materials being used by subcon and ensures all installed are according to the specification through conduct of material testing.
Conducts meeting with subcon to ensure alignment of expected output.
Evaluates Daily Risk Analysis being submitted on a daily basis by subcon, and ensures proper mitigation are in place to address the Risk.
Attends tool-box meeting to ensure HSSE are in place, work issues are addressed.
Ensures all restricted access permit, hot work permits are In-place and are submitted on time to the client.
Ensures all concrete pouring requests attachments are in place, with proper measurements, vertical and horizontal alignment are checked, and boundaries are taken into consideration as per plan and as per agreed with the Client.
Ensures timely delivery of setting templates and tower materials for smooth implementation of the sites.
Monitors application of temporary power and permanent power of the New Site.
Evaluates potential variation order.
Escalates issues in a timely manner.
Ensures all close-out documents, log books for each sites are available as required by the Local Government Unit.
Your skills and experience
You have:
Licensed Civil Engineer or any related field
7+ years of overall wireless experience either from operator and/or service provider
5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering and implementation of new towers, retrofitting and non-telecom infrastructures.
Good communication skills.
Good level of understanding of Building and Structural Codes
Experience in Nokia processes and standards.
Team player, responsible and requires minimal supervision
It would be nice if you also had:
The willingness to travel and work longer hours
Is also a "People Manager"
