Window person to all suppliers' concerns. Generates matstat based on material availability and inform PPC Provide Open PO list to BPO. Responsible for PO balance reconciliation Provide critical material list to supplier and delivery timing requirement. Monitors delivery performance of suppliers Maintains standard RM inventory level. Provide material price change information to Costing and Sales team. Responsible DM/CM and waiver application for RM concerns. Responsible for Import freight cost target achievement. Responsible for tray/packaging (one time used) monitoring/simulation. Ensure timely update/escalation report to all job-related issues. Generates reports needed by immediate superior. Qualifications Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills and disposed to frequently collaborate with various stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills Good presentation skills Problem-solving and organized individual, who can strive in a fast-paced working environment. Familiar with ERP/Purchasing System(s) (Oracle would be a plus) Have good excel skills. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer or Engineering or any related courses.
