Neovia is a leading player in animal nutrition which operates in six business lines: complete feed, aquaculture, pet care, premix/firm services, additives & ingredients, and analysis laboratories. SENIOR BUYER
Reporting to: Procurement Manager
Job Description
Coordinate raw material purchasing, formulation, and pricing with respective departments.
Proposal of raw material purchase strategy to Procurement Manager.
Implementation of purchase strategy includes:
Negotiate and purchase raw materials for feed milling operation.
Oversee contract performance of supplies.
Track raw material inventory.
Track international and local raw material markets.
5-7 years of experience of raw material purchase/ trading experience in Corn, Wheat, Soybean meal
Preferably someone with previous trading/purchasing experience in the ABCDs, or large feed milling companies.
This is a senior role within the procurement team. Candidates are expected to display leadership skill, good communication and be a good team player.
