Key Responsibilities:
Support and drive the implementation of new customers and systems
Work with operation closely to identify and implement IT solutions
Contribute to digital transformation efforts and help develop new initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Document and support the implementation of business processes
Create technical documents, including business requirement documents and process maps
Preparation of functional business specifications for development
System configuration and setup
Conduct functional unit testing for the development of Functional Business Requirement
Develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) to provide visibility into business trends
Testing and implement new functions
Provide training on systems and processes
Provide hyper care during go live
Responsible for daily IT operation & system support
Manage and troubleshoot problems/incidents promptly following established procedures
Support disaster recovery rehearsal, cycle count, warehouse migration and peak volume
Qualifications:
Familiar with supply chain management
Solid knowledge and experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ability to write and execute basic SQL statements
Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI or API integration
Strong analytical skills
Customer-focused with effective communication skills
A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive "can-do" attitude
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Willing to travel
