Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Salary Grade: 65,000 - 90,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
ERP System Expert:
Serve as an expert in SAP B1, proficient in data analysis, data export, dashboard creation, and automated report generation
Analyze and interpret data related to various financial aspects, including COGS, Gross Margin, Product Cost by SKU, Freight, Logistics, Duty costs by vendor and SKU, Overhead cost, Inventory, Backorders, and Sales Orders
Build and distribute a standard monthly financial reporting package
Collaborate with management, finance, and accounting teams to provide incremental analysis as required
Financial Analysis:
Analyze monthly P/L results, reporting on variances to budget and prior-year performance
Focus on COGS and Gross Margin, Product Cost by SKU, Freight, logistics, and duty costs by vendor and SKU, Overhead cost, Inventory, and Backorders
Build standard monthly financial reporting packages and distribute them monthly
Collaborate with teams for incremental analysis as required
Sales Analysis:
Analyze monthly sales data, reporting on trends and variances vs. budget and prior year
Breakdown sales data by SKUs, Customers, Territories, and New Products.
Build and distribute standard monthly sales reporting packages
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams for incremental analysis
Calculate commissions due to Sales Representative firms based on Sales history in their Territory of responsibility
Other Duties:
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, math, or accounting
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in SAP B1 cloud-based ERP is required
Customer service mindset with a commitment to improving internal customer experience

Creating dashboards, statistical analysis, and data cleansing
Modeling of data to useful information, able to draw conclusions, and help in providing support in decision making.
