Job Description
Responsible for all brand activation strategies- partnership content plans, social media, events, KOLs/communities, and all Marketing communication efforts. Checks on consumer feedback to brand activations for both online and offline. In charge of overseeing the execution of all Marketing campaigns- from managing creatives, departments involved, third parties/agency/suppliers, and ensuring that everyone is working toward the same goal.
Collaborates with Marketing Officers, Marketing Experience Manager, and Partnerships Manager for content and execution of all assets. Works with Creatives to make sure that all ideas and artworks are executed with excellent quality that fits the brand's guidelines. Leads all new ideas, trends, content, and moment marketing that would contribute to the brand's market share/share of voice, awareness, and growth. In charge of working with KOLs, communities, and other organizations to gain more awareness and engagement towards the brand. Constantly grows the database of KOLs, communities, and organizations. Works closely with the Marketing Head and social media consultants to come up with new and innovative marketing strategies/tactics to make sure that the brand is above its competitors. Responsible for all offline events and production- photoshoots, video shoots, and online + offline events for brand building and awareness.
Uses technology and social media to develop new ways to engage with consumers; think; beyond what has already been done to create an even more productive business. All content and campaigns must lead to dominate the brand's share of voice vs its competitors.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Guiding the Marketing Officers for all content and executions committed to partners and also internal marketing campaigns and efforts
Leads all content creation (Brand guidelines, brand calendar, partnerships, social media, live segments, campaigns, shoots and podcast)
Building relationships and growing the database of KOLs, communities, and organizations
Creating a content plan and strategy for all partnerships to reach the brand's goal, promote the partnership, offer, and to dominate share of voice in PR and socials
Developing and innovating marketing strategies to make sure that KonsultaMD is always above its competitors
Conceptualizing new marketing ideas that will fit the partners brand guidelines including KonsultaMD's
Working with Partnerships team to make sure that all content is aligned with what was committed to the brands
Working with Creatives to assure that the concept/idea is executed properly through creative materials
Analyzing Marketing content and its effectiveness to drive awareness and share of voice
Monitoring market demands, trends, new and fresh content plus relevant platforms
Identifying new marketing opportunities- including new markets, growth opportunities, trends, consumers
Weekly and monthly progress reports with learnings and recommendations
End-to-end event and production execution
Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures
