SENIOR ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
Must be a Licensed Architect
At least 4-5 years of work experience in design and construction, renovation works, retrofitting, fixture design and display plans
Knowledgeable with latest design concept, drawing and interior designing ideas
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop and MS Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Preferably supervisory of 5 years and up experienced employee specialized in Achitecture / Interior Design or equivalent
Has excellent oral and written commmunication skills
Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to multitask with competing demands
A keen eye for details of specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how much specifics fit into the project as a whole
An analytical mind with the excellent problem solving ability
Can work well within a team involving other professionals
