Senior Application Developer (Dev 4)

Your role as the Programmer entails creating new programs or revising existing ones based on specifications, system design, and quality assurance standards. Your responsibilities also include configuring and developing new databases and applications, administration, maintenance, and QA functions for new and existing projects.

Lead the testing of systems
Update program documentation, user manuals and/or operations manuals based on changes made to programs/systems
Coordinate with key business users to clarify requirements
Spearhead the gathering of user requirements
Lead the handing of analysis, design, and programming of systems
Guide developers in Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying software
Create software based on proper UI and UX guidelines
The Qualifications
Expert experience with ASP.Net, C# and object-oriented programming (OOP)
Expert experience with database such as MS SQL and MS Azure server
Expert experience with HTML, XML, CSS, Java, JQuery, Ajax, and JavaScript
Expert experience in Python, Ruby.net, Java, RPG/400, PHP, web-based languages, etc.
Technical troubleshooting skills
Knowledgeable in agile development methodologies would be an asset
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
5+ years of experience in the field is required
Fast and self-motivated learner
Hardworking and results-driven, able to perform well with or without minimal supervision with ability to coordinate and work with different stakeholders
Can perform multiple tasks at any given time
Analytical skills
