Department Overview Wholesale Customer Experience Analytics, which includes the Wholesale Customer Experience Management program and data teams (Janice Baker), Treasury Management (TM) Delivery and CB reporting and business intelligence (Catherine Munsch), Transactional Risk Intelligence Reporting,and Data Delivery, Infrastructure and TM Risk and Compliance data support (Rohit Bhadri), performs the data and analytic functions for TMPS and broader CB businesses. WCEA also drives analytics for TRIG Business which support Financial Crimes, Transaction analysis on many money movement products, Portfolio reviews and managing relationships for Correspondent Banking Financial Institution to Financial Institution) About the Role: The role sits with CB Data & Analytics Team to support the Data Architecture group on issue analysis, routine data tasks, issue identification and enhancements Understanding the dynamics of Web Log data capture and the underlying implication to the data warehouse and business partners. Create complex queries joining multiple Databases/tables/views to retrieve and analyze information in support with business partner's needs Create query logic to explore and investigate possible data anomalies/exceptions/discrepancies Monitor (request or perform as necessary) data processing or update tasks needed This role will be responsible for partnering across the WCIA teams to understand the Dimensional Model environment, objects and processes to support the seamless updates of Tableau Reports of our partners. The role will also require extensive data manipulation language (DML) skills to performs analysis on specific dimensions that business would like to look at. Responsibilities: Perform various complex activities in partnership with Technology Team to supporting end user (Reporting Team) updates like data load/updates Monitor, report, and analyze any data discrepancy/exceptions Assist in validation processes with respect to newly developed data and architecture builds Assist in Identifying opportunities for possible improvements or automations.
