SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking a Senior Analyst with strong Financial and Analytical background to support the company's Financial Product Pricing scope of work. The Senior Analyst will report to the
Financial Products and Pricing Support Team Lead and will be responsible for reporting, data analysis, pricing UAT and all other activities in relation to the implementation of pricing strategies for the financial products in SunPower's US Residential portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop an intimate understanding of the pricing architecture of SunPower's residential financial products and their associate economics.
Prepare reports to be used to measure and evaluate the profitability of SunPower's residential financial products and support business forecasting and follow proper cadence for delivery
Coordinate closely with Financial Product Pricing Team Lead re rollout of new products and/or pricing changes of existing SunPower financial product offerings.
Perform Pricing UAT
Other duties as required to support team objectives.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
A degree in Accounting, Financial Management or related courses
Strong problem-solving skill
Ability to process data and formulate plan of action to support data analysis, highly organized and attentive to details
Delivers quality work on time, proactively addressing and resolving emerging challenges.
Proactively seeks to understand technical content and new or unfamiliar topics
Works independently, seeking advice from management and more senior team members when complex situations are encountered.
Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and multi-cultures
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations, service-oriented and can effectively manage client requests
Must be able to distill critical problems and recommendations for business stakeholders to diligently test all use cases for software changes
Advanced Excel skills
Core work schedule is NA shift, with shifting hours depending on the projects and issues being addressed
OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION
Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Willing to travel to the US as needed
Willing to be flexible in work shift
