ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Journal Entry Recording - account transactions under US GAAP by preparing daily, weekly and monthly basis using quickbooks
· Financial Closing Process - perform monthly closing process and review the reasonableness of transactions recorded and adhere to the time the closing schedules designates by the client.
· Financial Analysis - perform account reconciliations, create schedules for management use and provide valuable insights to management.
· Compliance with tax - support and assists other internal or external parties for tax related fillings and statutory requirements.
· Audit Support - Manage statutory audits and support consolidated audit
· Control Requirements - manage all aspects of financial reporting (e.g. chart of accounts use and maintenance) and recording of assigned processes.
· Partnership with other departments - offer support to other departments by providing accurate financial information or ad-hoc analysis to support decision making activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA is preferred
· 5 to 8 years experience in accounting and controllership roles
Experience with Health clinics
Experience with US clients a plus
· Efficient in using quickbooks and can create financial reports from the system
· Proficient in Microsoft excel, can run various complex formula and create financial reporting templates
· Willing to work night shift/ hybrid night shift
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Can coordinate with onshore counterparts accurately and efficiently
