Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and prepare analysis
Ensure general ledgers are reviewed and schedules to financial statements are accurately done prior to submission of financial statements
Ensure staff lease charges are reconciled with payroll Reimbursable expenses are complete and accurate
Issue OR, record all receipts in Xero and update Trello to inform Account Managers on a daily basis
Provide Accounts Receivable schedule to Head of Account Management and monitor past due accounts
Reconcile payroll with HR before online payments are processed
Ensure Quote Sheets billed to Clients are correctly done and approved
Ensure tax schedules provided are correctly done before online payments are processed
Liaise with lawyers on new company registration, renewals, and visa requirements. A monitoring schedule has to be prepared to check the progress
Liaise with banks related to the opening of bank accounts, time deposits, and remittances
Process all documents/schedules as required by Client and Providers
Prepare year-end audit schedules
Liaise with BIR on tax issues
Ensure HMO payments and amortization schedules are updated and accurate prior to finalization of FS
Ensure all tax payments are processed and paid on time
Update ALPHA List schedule on a monthly basis. This has to reconcile with financial statements
Timely bank reconciliations are done prior to submission of financial statements
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience
Preferably Certified Public Accountant
Knowledge of Xero / Advance Excel
Excellent Communication Skills
