Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of Corporate Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and other tax related submission.
Preparation and coordination with external accountant for the In-house Financial Statements, Interim, and AFS.
Analysis to forecast, budget, and measure performance and plans.
Prepares financial statements and reports needed to comply with regulatory requirements.
Ensures strong internal controls are in place.
Mentor and train junior accounting staffs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Must be a Licensed CPA.
with 3 to 5 years of experience including accounting and operations experience.
with good knowledge and exposure on project accounting is an advantage.
with experience working in a construction and development company.
Proficient MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to all levels.
