Duties and Responsibilities Manage and administer a portfolio of clients. Providing technical support, feedback and guidance to other offshore team members that work with your clients. Manage and review the planning and delegation of workflow. Providing technical support, feedback and guidance to team members when necessary. Review of all work delegated to and completed by Graduates, Accountants, Senior Accountants and Managers. Take full responsibility and ownership of the completion of delegated jobs. Preparation and review of complex individual, company, trust, partnership tax returns within extremely limited supervision and direction. Preparation and review of SMSF returns within extremely limited supervision and direction using BGL360 Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in commerce/Business with an emphasis in Accounting, CA or CPA completed Advanced understanding of the Corporations Act, relevant accounting standards, tax legislation and other research as they relate to the work undertaken Experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns Excellent knowledge of taxation legislation Excellent Xero knowledge Excellent Xero Workpapers and Excellent use of Word, Excel and Outlook Desirable exposure to using ChangeGPS, NowInfinity, Lightyear Docs, BGL 360 Meet the monthly fee target (Hours worked x 80% productivity x target hourly rate) Ensure that work and lodgement deadlines are met for all clients that you are responsible for Contribute to the continual enhancement of the range of products and services offered to our clients Support the entire Team to ensure that our clients are always delighted Contribute to the happy and positive working environment.
