Responsibilities:
Full Charge Bookkeeping Services
Accounting/Finance FreshBooks Clean Up and Reorganization (to implement Quickbooks)
Immediate NetSuite Inventory Implementation Project Management/Support
NetSuite Support to Non-accounting and Accounting Staff
Creation of NetSuite Training Materials and Tutorials
NetSuite Help Ticket Submission and Resolution Creation through Jira and/or Confluence
Perform the accounting cycle, including the close process, revenue recognition, commissions, receivables (invoicing), payables and expense management
Perform the reporting process for use by the management team and the board of directors/investors including timely budget to actual reporting as well as KPI's and operational data
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Review and approve Flux Analyses prepared by GL team
Thrive in a remote environment
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide technical support and advice to management
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
Provide input into department's goal setting process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Assist with tax audits and tax returns (quarterly and annual audit prep and assistance)
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Liaise with other Staff to improve financial procedures
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' Experience in Accounting
Superb English Communication Skills

Highly Professional & Sophisticated
Experienced in interacting with C-Level Executives
Keen in offering additional insight to the team
Experience with Accounting ERP Software (Preferably Netsuite or Quickbooks)

Advance knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
