Senior Accountant, Philippines
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, meticulous and results-focused Senior Accountant to own the end to end book keeping activities for our Singapore entities.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the book-keeping activities for entities under his/her care. This will include collation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow Statements), preparation and review of balance sheet schedules and all statutory compliance activities including external audits and tax submissions
This is role based in the Shared Service Center in the Philippines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Team Lead/Senior level for at least 2 years
Handle full set of accounting books for an entity
Prepare cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, prepare balance sheet schedules, reconcile intercompany balances and transactions
Performs Month-end Closing for assigned accounts
Perform AP functions in compliance with financial policies - review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Perform reconciliation of suppliers; outstanding payments, resolve billing disputes, discrepancies & queries
Process expense claims and handling petty cash claims
Participates in financial audit tasks and Post Go Live ERP System activities
