Senior Accountant (with us gaap experience)The VITO Group

Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies
· Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies
· Prepare Accounting and Financial reports used by the client and recommend improvements if required
· Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
· Maintain accounts and Ledger, prepare and maintain pertinent financial and accounting data pertaining to billing, reconciliation, collection of accounts and impounds
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial matters
· Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets
· Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors
· Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
· Handle ad-hoc financial projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA is a plus
At least 5 years experience in end to end finance and accounting
Must have experience in preparing Financial Statements
With experience in US GAAP
Experience with ERP systems like Odoo is highly preferred
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
