Job Summary:
The successful candidate for this position will conduct RSU and ESPP data reconciliation and reporting, validation of employee's tax rates in every RSU releases Payroll and HR data comparisons and analysis, payroll accounting audits and compliances. In addition the Candidate will support on the preparation of general ledger journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month end close activities, Fringe accounting, payroll cash forecasting for multiple country's small payroll entities. This candidate will support the Global Payroll GL with all ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides Consolidated Tax Activity report to US Payroll for audit purpose
Conducting Termination audit Workday vs Fidelity System
Preparation and loading of Journal entries (RSU taxes withheld for outside US)
Preparation of data needed for Equity related regulatory filings for Ireland, Japan and United Kingdom
Validation of CTA report against Vesting Report
Reconciliation of equity related wire payments
Verification and updating of participants tax rates to be used for RSU releases
Monthly Reconciliation of Global ESPP Contribution - GL vs. Payroll
Semi-annual reconciliation of Global ESPP and Intercompany settlements during purchase period
Recording of ESPP cross charging to US
Data comparison and analysis between HR and Payroll systems
Data collection for internal and external audits and various compliance
Preparation of general ledger journal entries for payroll, statutory remittances and accrual accounts
Reconciliation of key payroll accounts including tax and loan accounts
Responsible for Pre and Post Payroll audits
Recording of employees fringe benefits using fringe accounting
Preparation of Balance Sheet account reconciliation on employees accounts
Preparation of monthly cash forecast for payroll related expenses including variance analysis actual versus cash forecast
Ad hoc reporting
Partner with HR and Business leads to resolve payroll/payroll accounting related issues
Contact/Respond to employee queries via Footprints Ticketing system or via email within 24 hours
